Ten sites of interventions have decided to participate in the project relying on the expertise and know-how of the Consortium. Their support will be crucial in achieving the expected objectives.
Intervention sites in the public sector
At AUSL, target group of the interventions will be 200 healthcare professionals, nurses and physicians, female and male, working in Emergency Units and in Chronic Disease Treatment Units (Medicine, Neurology). Actions will consist of implementing interventions, aiming at promoting and developing individual resilience, team cohesion, working ability, positive leadership style, better working conditions and job design, equal opportunities, and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions.
Rijkswaaterstaat is the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, working to make the Netherland safe, secure, attractive and accessible for all. There, participants involved in the interventions will be 300 among employees, leaders and supervisors.
At UVA, participants involved in the interventions will be 300 among employees, leaders and supervisors from the Human Resources Department.
At TUB, interventions will be delivered to two groups of 40 employees (80 in total) working in different fields of administration, technical support and laboratories of the university.
Hospital Universitario Infanta Elena is an integrated health-care center whose objective is quality care and service to their patients. The target group for the interventions will be around 200 healthcare professionals, working in different units from the Medicine, Admission, Care, and Nurses Departments.
Intervention sites in SMEs
Eyelevel is a global company (Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Netherlands, China, United States of America) designing and implementing retail experiences for international brands. Participants involved in the interventions will be 200 employees and supervisors working in a highly demanding competitive business environment.
Wandera provides unified cloud security services for mobile enterprises. Participants involved in the interventions will be 75 employees and supervisors working in a highly demanding competitive business environment.
Factori Ingeniería y Decoletaje S.L. is a Spanish company, created and managed by a family since its inception. It belongs to the Mechanical Engineering sector and its main activity is the serial machining of special parts using automatic turning lathes and cold stamping of screws. Participants involved in the interventions will be 45 employees and managers from operational and staff departments.
Innocv is a Spanish company whose main activity is digitization and digital transformation. They offer web and mobile services solutions mainly for the healthcare, banking and logistics sectors. There, participants involved in the interventions will be 99 employees and managers from their 3 areas (Finances, Logistics, and Consulting & Research).
Ayming Spain is a business performance consulting company, that is part of a global team of 1,300 colleagues working across 15 countries in Europe, North America, and Asia. They offer advice based on accompaniment, adapted and operational solution to their clients with the aim of making them profitable and competitive in the market. AYMING Spain has a staff of 133 employees organized into four business lines (Innovation, CSP, Tax, Property), a Sales team, a Marketing team, Human Resources, IT & Finance. All of them will participate in the interventions.
La Carovana is a social cooperative located in Modena, in the Emilia-Romagna region, and it directs schools of different grades. Specifically, across four sites, the cooperative manages three kindergartens, four preschools, two primary schools and one middle school. Participants involved in the interventions will be 70 employees, including teachers, educators, and auxiliary and administrative staff.
