How to cope with the Covid-19 pandemic and the consequent health, economic, social and also human challenges?
This is the third one of a series of training pills on Positive Psychology called PsiCovid-19. In this one, professor Marisa Salanova explains the technique of Best Possible Self (BPS). It was developed by an American researcher named Laura King and her team, with the aim of developing your “best possible selves in the future”.
The instructions are very simple: “With this possible best ‘I’, I want you to imagine yourself in a future (when Covid-19 ends) in which everything has developed in the best possible way. You have worked hard and achieved your goals, your best developed self”.
