In this one, professor Marisa Salanova describes some tips that can help us to learn from this quarantine, to emerge stronger from the crisis we are already experiencing.

Here are some ideas that can contribute to continue maintaining the sense of autonomy, positive social relationships and self-competition, and so that our situation of confinement is more bearable and even significant and we can grow and learn from this whole situation.
